Business Coordinator
Administrative staff members of The Waldorf School of St. Louis support the needs of the students, faculty, parents and volunteers of the school. To understand those needs and to make decisions reflective of that understanding, administrators are asked to actively engage in the life of the school, and to grow their knowledge of Waldorf education.
The Business Coordinator serves the school as an administrator of organizational finances, insurance, and employee benefits. They do this through their work with accounting and reporting, payroll administration, insurance policy renewal and submission of claims, employee benefit administration, their role in the enrollment and tuition assistance processes, and the annual prioritization and budgeting process, among other ways.
As a member of the Administrative Team, the Business Coordinator works with colleagues to provide coverage for the school office ensuring Faculty and Students are assisted as needed, phone calls are answered, and inquiries are appropriately directed. The Business Coordinator may perform other duties as required from time to time.
