What To Expect

Doors will open at 6:15. You’ll have time to check in, find your table and the rest of your team, grab a drink, snack and peruse the silent auction.

Games will begin at 7:00.

Each team will participate in 4 challenges spread over 6 rounds. Each team will have 2 byes, free time when you will not be taking part in a challenge. This gives you time to take a break, bid on silent auction items, talk with friends and get some refreshments.

After the first four rounds of challenges, everyone will have a break together. After the break, the silent auction will end.

After the last two rounds are played, the live auction will begin and class projects will be sold to the highest bidders, donations to the Steve Jent Teacher Support Fund can be made, the 50/50 raffle winner will be drawn and the winning team will be honored with medals.

Please bring your friends, neighbors, co-workers and family members. We encourage teams to have a mix of current WSSL community members and those outside of our school community. Former WSSL families are encouraged to attend. All 21+ are welcome!
To keep the playing field fair, none of the participants will know what the team challenges are until arriving at Unplugged.
Come casual, dress for comfort and be ready to play! Teams may choose a theme and wear costumes. This is not required, just an option for those who want to go all out.

We cannot accept individual registrations, but we would love to help you find a team. Please reach out to Madison Hottle mrshottle12@gmail.com to see if others have inquired to perhaps build a team.
You may register your team without knowing all of your team members. Once you know all of your team members, you need to contact Madison Hottle mrshottle12@gmail.com. She will need to know the names of the unregistered people on your team so we can get them onto your team’s roster. You will need to pay upfront for your entire team when you register.
No. The only way to attend this event is to be on a team. It will be a blast! Give it a try.

The challenges will involve your whole team. There will be some challenges where a few of your team members will be going it alone, so to speak, but not everyone will need to be in the spotlight role.

Definitely! Some might even say you would have more fun than at a typical social event, since this event has you spending the whole evening playing with the team of people you already know. This makes it way easier to avoid awkward chitchat with strangers.
No. The challenges will not revolve around Waldorf Education and participants won’t feel left out if they don’t know anything about Waldorf Education.
